Hi, I'm Dominique.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Athena Counseling Services. I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and relational challenges. I also specialize in women's issues - identity shifts, motherhood challenges, reproductive struggles, relational stress, societal pressures, or the weight of always being the one who holds everything together.

I believe every person deserves a space to feel truly seen and heard, without judgment or expectation. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply relational. We will work together at your pace to unravel what's keeping you stuck and build a path forward that feels authentic to you.
